Our core team is comprised of members with the following combined skills, talent and knowledge: Association Management, Finance, Technology, Strategy Development, Automation, Database Design, Project Management, Event Management, Grants, Fundraising, and Accounting.
Beyond our core team, we also have trusted contractors we bring on board as projects require. These independent contractors have specialized talent and area a tested team with the following skills: Research, SEO, Social Media Management, Graphic Design, Marketing, Sales, and Sponsorship.
Our organization was founded by Beverly Babb to bring together a talented team of people to serve nonprofits. Her strategic and management talent is the result of 20+ years of proven experience in leading national, international and local association staff members and volunteer teams. She has a strong talent for building cohesive and dedicated teams. Her strategic management skills supports teams in achieving high-levels of efficiency and accomplishment. She served as the president of the Arizona Society of Association Executives and completed service terms on numerous non-profit boards. Beverly also holds the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation and the Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional (CNAP) designation.
Beverly served on the leadership team creating the International Federation for Professional Speaking organization, served as their first Executive Director, and led the research for a global speaking designation. She has led multi-day strategic planning retreats for organizations seeking to create clear project plans focused on strategic objectives. Beverly brings her skills to lean-staff teams and helps them exceed expectations and goals. As a management professional, she builds trust, focuses on member and supplier needs, collaborates, innovates, presents opportunities, and executes strategic plans.
